Due to the number of patients, providers, attorneys, claims administrators, and insurance representatives involved in workers’ compensation care, calls must often be routed based on the nature of the request. This may include questions regarding appointments, referrals, authorizations, billing, claims, provider communication, or general office information.

When calling Pain Management Center, Inc., patients and representatives may be asked to provide identifying information such as the patient’s name, date of birth, claim number, insurance carrier, or referring office. Providing this information helps our team direct the call more efficiently and assist with the request as quickly as possible.
