Our patient data entry department is responsible for entering and maintaining patient, claim, referral, authorization, and treatment information in our internal systems.
Workers’ compensation cases often involve detailed information, including claim numbers, dates of injury, insurance carriers, adjusters, attorneys, referring providers, authorized body parts, and approved treatment plans. Accurate data entry helps ensure that appointments are scheduled properly, documentation is organized, and billing is submitted with the correct claim information.
Patients may be asked to provide additional information before or during their first appointment. This may include claim details, insurance information, medical records, authorization letters, MRI or X-ray reports, medication lists, or contact information for their attorney or claims adjuster.
Providing complete and accurate information helps our team coordinate care more efficiently and reduce delays in scheduling, authorization, and billing.
